Take some anti-inflammatory medicine like
ibuprofen or aspirin regularly until the redness fades away. Some dermatologists warn to use the products
that claim to relieve sunburns it may irritate the skin and cause allergic reaction.

It is good to note that it can take 4-6
hours for sunburn to show itself. If blisters are seen then do not try to break them. As blisters carries
serum and serve as a protective layer. Breaking of blisters may slow down the process of healing. This also
increases the risk of infection.
The body starts to heal at its own by getting
rid of top most layer of damaged skin. For some time after skin peeling the skin may have some irregular pattern
and color.
