CAUSES OF PIMPLES

If the oil is piled up in the pores of the skin it leads to formation of blackheads. If the skin gets oily it attracts dirt and shed dead cells. The skin pores are then exposed to air and dirt as a result the color of the pores turn black and blackheads are formed. If these blackheads get infected they lead to pimple formation. If the infection continues it crack the oil gland mechanism and then attack inner skin layer. This gives way to an acne prone skin.  

Causes 

The major cause of acne prone skin is 

·         Constipation 

·         Improper cleansing of face 

·         Excessive consumption of caffeine 

·         Insufficient water intake 

·         Inadequate sleep 

·         Hormonal imbalance
