BABY ACNE - CAUSES

It is believed that baby acne is also the result of hormonal change. Hormonal transfer to baby from mother via placenta is the underlying cause of baby acne.

Sometimes these hormones are transferred through mother’s milk. 

Unlike teenage acne the exact cause of baby acne is still not known. The reasons that are mentioned above were thought to be true few months back. The recent research has shown that there are some other causes as well. Sometimes medications used by mother triggers baby’s acne
